Fitzwater Law is generously offering TWO amazing estate and special needs trust packages to raffle off as a fundraiser for FACT Oregon.
The Revocable Living Trust/Special Needs Trust package is the ultimate estate plan to avoid probate, minimize estate taxes and plan for your child with special needs. This package includes the trust agreement, special needs trust, pourover will(s), power(s) of attorney, advance directive(s), certification of trust, and deed(s), if necessary, as well as advice regarding transferring assets and naming beneficiaries. Each package is worth $6,000-6500!
- Oregon residents 18+ only.
- Only 100 tickets total will be sold.
- Only one prize per person.
- We will enter all tickets sold (max 100) into the first drawing.
- The first package winner will be drawn.
- All tickets bought by the first winner will be eliminated for the second drawing.
- We will draw the second winner from the remaining tickets.
- Buy more tickets to improve your odds in both drawings!
